CloseThere are three options to promote yourself on Webstage, with different weekly affordable low rates. Your booking is in seven days slots (7, 14, 21 or 28 days). For longer bookings, we need to talk.
The submission process starts by choosing one of the three promo categories (mentioned below) and book a timeframe, upload your trailer or/and video your performance together with all information and links required. If it is an upcoming performance or concert, a 3-5 minute trailer can be uploaded together with the streaming provider. Are tickets to be sold to the event? A link to the ticket provider is also required. All promotion categories require a horizontal thumbnail image as also included in the Club category. The requested timeframe is preliminary and need to be confirmed during the booking process.
Webstage will review the submission you send for the available time frame, and if available, you will get an order confirmation valid for 24 hours. If the requested time frame is not accessible, we will send you the closest available time frame for your review. When agreed, you get the updated confirmation together with a payment link managed by PayPal. After payment, your booking will be active in the selected category and time frame. Payment made after 24 hours of the Order Confirmation could result in a sold-out slot situation and be refunded or a new time slot to be agreed.

Our top promotion is giving great exposure. Your trailer will run full screen on top view directly on the platform among only four other trailers in your chosen genre for the timeframe booked.Each trailer will slide with 5 seconds intervals and link to a page for viewing the entire trailer or video with sound and all your provided information and links.Your video will also be placed in the Club section in the same timeframe. For that, you need to upload a horizontal thumbnail image
Apply for ArenaOur second top promotion runs your video directly under the Arena among nine other trailers in your chosen genre for the timeframe booked.Each trailer will play in full and slide through and link to a page to view the full trailer/video with sound and all your provided information and links. Your booking will also be placed in the Club section during the same timeframe. For that, you need to upload a horizontal thumbnail image. Webstage can choose to upgrade your category during periods of your booked timeframe. The upgrade is under Webstage complete discretion due to available slots or other editorial decisions.
Apply for StageYour horizontal thumbnail image will show in your chosen genre for the timeframe booked. Each thumbnail links to a page for viewing your trailer/video with sound and all your provided information and links.The first week is free of charge for each new trailer until 31/8 2021.Webstage can choose to upgrade your category during periods of your booked timeframe. The upgrade is under Webstage complete discretion due to available slots or other editorial decisions.
Apply for ClubWhen booking a promotion, you agree to our Terms of use. When you upload videos, you grant Webstage to further promote your video with selected content in Webstage own promotion, enabling you to get greater visibility without any further cost or compensation thereof. Webstage own promotion can include TV commercials, billboards, city screens and social media etc.
Terms of useThe booking can be cancelled at any time from payment and will be fully refunded. The cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the booking is activated. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours are not refundable. You can stop the video at any time during the active flow, but we cannot give a refund. For cancellations, write to promo@webstage.live
